Bored senseless by SEO job

Do you ever get one of those sites to optimise that just bores you senseless? I’m working on one today. I’ve got lots of other interesting sites to do but this one has to be done and has such dreadfully bad content and offers a product or service that is just so dull I’m falling asleep at my desk. And if a guy who’s getting paid to optimise it is falling asleep at the job, what is it going to do to potential customers?
Maybe I should recommend they add a nice Flash movie. Perhaps get a jaunty midi file playing in the background as soon as every single page loads up. Oh and just for interest we could add a visible page counter so that people have something interesting to click. I guess, given the population of the planet that someone will eventually find this site interesting, and if I’m very lucky someone else might have a website and be willing to link to it, but I’m not holding my breath.
